CHILDREN/ BABY POLICY
Due to safety considerations and limited space all guests must be age 13 and over. We will not be able to accommodate strollers, baby carriers, children or babies in the spa under 13. This includes children accompanying parents in the treatment rooms. We work with hot wax, and tools that can pose danger to your little ones.
ARRIVE ON TIME
Ideally 5-10 minutes prior to your booking time, this will allow you to settle in and choose your polish so your therapist can start your service promptly.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU MAY BE RUNNING LATE
If you are running late please call to inform us. If we haven't heard from you after 15 minutes into your scheduled appointment time we will consider this to be a no-show and your reserved time may be given away. If you are running late, we will do our best to accommodate, however if we are booked with another service commitment following yours it may be impossible to deliver your full service. Each service has a specific time allotted to it, your therapist may have to customize your service with the remaining time available and the full cost of service will apply.
24 hour cancellation policy applies to all appointments. The full cost of service will be applied without sufficient cancellation notice. Group bookings of 3 or more guests require 48 hours notice for all cancellations.
GUESTS NOT RECEIVING SERVICES
As we are limited in space, we can not guarantee seating for any guests that are not schedule in for a service. Third Party guests are not permitted to accompany friends/ family into the treatment room for any waxing, massages or facial treatments as this is a distraction and safety issue to the spa professional performing the service. Third party guests will be asked to wait in the lounge area.
NOISE CONSIDERATION TO OTHERS
We are a social, fun space but as a courtesy to others please turn your cell phones to silent mode and use head sets while using your technology.
