Please arrive on time. Ideally 5-10 minutes prior to your booking time, this will allow you to settle in and choose your polish so your therapist can start your service promptly.
If you are running late please call to inform us. If we haven't heard from you after 15 minutes into your scheduled appointment time we will consider this to be a no-show and your reserved time may be given away. If you are running late, we will do our best to accommodate, however if we are booked with another service commitment following yours it may be impossible to deliver your full service. Each service has a specific time allotted to it, your therapist may have to customize your service with the remaining time available and the full cost of service will be charged.
24 hour cancellation policy applies to all appointments. The full cost of service will be applied without sufficient cancellation notice. No-shows or last minute cancellations leave our therapists with empty time slots that could have been filled by guests that may have been turned away earlier. Group bookings of 3 or more guests require 48 hours notice for all cancellations. Please note, all guests must be age 13 and over. We will not be able to accommodate strollers, baby carriers or children in the spa under 13.
We are a social, fun space but as a courtesy to others please turn your cell phones to silent mode.
